At Envy Hair Studio, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. As our time and that of our clients is important to us you will receive a reminder text the day before your appointment please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule so we can fill your appointment time, we often operate with a waiting list especially our sought after late night and Saturday times. Whilst we understand that sometimes life throws us unavoidable obstacles if rescheduling your appointment time happens more than twice you will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
No shows will be required to pay 100% of there appointment cost to secure your booking.
Envy Hair will not be liable for damage to clothing so we ask to please wear suitable clothing to your colour appointment. As we work with chemicals and accidents happen
